Personality: Quite energetic and always eager to get her hands on treasure and rare artifacts, Lady Ouranos is always on the move. Not afraid to get what she wants, Lady Ouranos usually comes off as intimidating to other pokemon, but is quite motherly towards Cogsworth, her first mate. Always in the lead, this pokemon usually runs into trouble while on her travels, but isn't afraid to face them head on!

History:

Long ago, Lady Ouranos was created along with her two siblings by Arceus. Each sibling helped in creating certain parts of the world, the Land, Sea and Sky. Unfortunately, the three began to quarrel among themselves over petty issues concerning control portions. Eventually, Lady Ouranos had quite enough, and went to Arceus for help. As a result, the other two were punished and sealed away, and the damage restored from their fights. Meanwhile, Lady Ouranos returned to the atmosphere, often wandering around the world, stopping by her land home, the Sky Pillar from time to time. Whilst traveling the outskirts of Mossdeep City, she stumbled upon Cogsworth, a young Scyther. Realizing the poor boy had no one to go to, she took him under her wing, and was a motherly as any mother could be to him. Lady Ouranos supported Cogsworth's interests, as he created his own devices, even one to keep alongside her as she flew up into higher altitudes that normal pokemon could not withstand.

Some time later, Arceus notifed Lady Ouranos that her siblings were causing mayhem in a small town called Springleaf, quite a couple leagues off. Faced with cleaning up after her siblings, and quite irritated, Ouranos thought for awhile. It was nice to have a reason to leave the Sky Pillar however! She then turned to Cogsworth with one small request. . .
"How are you at building airships?"

Extras: -Lady Ouranos is extremely found of treasure, all kinds- especially bracelets and piercings. She often hoards.
-Usually forgets how strong she is, plus her sheer size as a legendary, and tends to crush people with her deathly pats/hugs or motherly affection.
-Feather on her hat is from the legendary pokemon Ho-Oh.
-Usually accompanied by Cogsworth 24/7, along with her feathered companion, Bavarder (chatter in French)
